Bu məqalədə Qlobal əxlaq nəzəriyyəsinin dinlərə istinad etdirilən əsasları ilə dinlərüstü xüsusiyyətini ehtiva edən insanlıq prinsipinin müqayisəli təhlili aparılmışdır. İlk növbədə Qlobal Əxlaqın dinlərdə müştərək olduğu irəli sürülən dörd əsas təlimi araşdırılmışdır. Daha sonra dindarlıq vəziyyətindən asılı olmayaraq bütün insanları ehtiva edən insanlıq prinsipinin bu nəzəriyyədəki yeri təsbit edilmişdir. Ardından müqayisəli təhlil aparılaraq hər iki mövzunun da tənqidə açıq cəhətləri üzərində durulmuşdur. Nəticə olaraq bildirilmişdir ki, Qlobal Əxlaqın mövcud nəzəriyyə əsasında tənqidə açıq cəhətləri ilə yanaşı daha geniş platformda müzakirə edilərək inkişaf etdirilə bilən tərəfləri də mövcuddur. Bunun təmin olunması da öz növbəsində siyasi, hüquqi, iqtisadi və ictimai zəmində qlobal problemlərin həllinə kömək edə bilər.
In this article the religious basics and the principle of humanity were mutually analyzed as the main idea of the Theory of Global Ethic. At first stage “the four major basics” which were proposed as shared commonality among different religions were investigated. In the next stap the place of the principle of humanity which encompasses all humankind regardless of religiosity has been identified. Eventually the comparative analysis was performed related to each subject focused on the aspects open to criticism. As a result it was indicated that the current status of the Theory of Global Ethic comprises both censurable and improvable sides if discussed in the broader platform. It can be achieved to doing so to help solving global problems in political, legal, economical and social areas.
