İlimler Tasnifi Açısından Fıkıh ve Usûlü Islamic Law and Methodology in Terms of the Classification of the Sciences

İslâmî ilimler varlık ve konumlarını Kur’ân ve sünnet metinlerine göre belirlemişlerdir. Fıkıh ve usûlü de saha ve sınırlarını belirlemiş, ilkelerini ve problemlerini tespit etmiştir. Tarihten bugüne ilimlerin sınıflandırılması varlık merâtibine dair anlayışa göre şekillenmiştir. İslam tarihinde filozof ve ilim tarihçilerinin yanı sıra bazı fakihler de ilimler tasnifi yapmıştır. Bu sınıflamalar temelde akli ve nakli ilimler ayrımına göre yapılmıştır. İlmi disiplinlerin müstakil birer ilim dalı haline gelmesi, ayrıca birbirlerine göre konumlarını belirlemeyi de gerekli kılmıştır. Bu belirleme, asırlardır İslâmî ilimler alanında beliren yetki ve otorite sorununu çözecek, ilimler arası ilişkileri doğru ve sağlıklı bir zemine yerleştirecektir.
Islamic sciences which have designated their entity and positions according to the text of The Qur’an and the Sunnah. Islamic Jurisprudence (al-fiqh) and it’s methodology (usūl al-fiqh) also determined their boundaries and fields in this framework and identified their principles and problems. The classification of science has been shaped by the understanding of the hierarchy of beings (“marātib al-vucūd”). Islamic scholars who have specialized on Islamic jurisprudence also classified the sciences as well as some philosophers and historian of science. These classifications are basically made according to the distinction between mental and traditional sciences. This branch of science has become a self-contained discipline as well as made it necessary to lay down their positions relative to each other. This determination will solve the problem of power and authority to appear for hundreds of years in the field of Islamic sciences and this will place the relations between sciences to the right place.
