Abstract
The work presents the history of development and basic definitions of the concept of emotional intelligence and the study of emotional intelligence in various approaches (the model of social and emotional intelligence R. Bar-On, MayerSalovei-Caruso (model of abilities), the model of Daniel Goleman). Also, the features of the structural components of emotional intelligence were examined.
Məqalədə emosional intellektin inkişaf tarixi və əsas anlayışları, müxtəlif yanaşmalarda emosional intellektin öyrənilməsi (sosial və emosional intellekt R. BarOn, Mayer-Salovey-Karuso (qabiliyyətlər modeli), Daniel Goleman modeli) təqdim olunub. Bununla yanaşı emosional intellektin struktur komponentlərinin xüsusiyyətləri də qeyd edilib.
