Makiavellinin dövlət düşüncəsi anlayışı dövlət strukturunda növbəti təməl daşı, siyasətin fəaliyyətinə rəhbərlik edən, hakimiyyət və özbaşınalıq arasındakı boşluğu dolduran siyasi əlverişlilik yaxud siyasi faydalılıq prinsipini ehtiva edir. Təbiətinə görə bunun mənası çox sadədir, lakin elmi ədəbiyyatda müxtəlif formalarda işlənmişdir. Bununla nəzərdə tutulur ki, dövlətin saxlanmasında “dövlət fəaliyyəti qanunu” bütün maraqların üstündə durur. Daha yüksəkdə duran hər hansısa bir məqsəd naminə dövlətin qanunla hesablaşmamağa ixtiyarı var. Aşağıda dövlətin və Makiavelli siyasətinin məqsədlərinin nə olduğu aydınlaşdırılacaqdır.
Political expediency or political benefit in the understanding of Machiavelli is what fills the gap between arbitrariness and power, on the one hand, and what lies at the heart of the state structure, and controls political activity, on the other hand. The nature of this concept is very simple, but in the scholarly literature on this issue there exists no single approach. This concept means that the "laws of the functioning of the state" exceed all other interests in a society. In the name of these interests the State may violate other social interests, even functinonig morality in the given society. Machiavelli understands the interests of the state through the analysis of the concept of "necessity." The article examines the understanding of Machiavelli's government and politics.
Политическая целесообразность или политическая выгодность в понимании Макиавелли есть то, что заполняет промежуток между самоуправством и властью, лежит в основе государственной структуры, управляет политической деятельностью. Природа этого понятия очень проста, однако в научной литературе по данному вопросу нет однозначного подхода. Имеется в виду, что превыше всех интересов стоит «закон функционирования государства». Во имя этого интереса государство может преступить другие интересы. Макиавелли понимает интересы государства через анализ понятия «необходимость». В статье анализируется понимание Макиавелли государственности и политики.
