Məqalədə İslam fəlsəfəsində ədalət konsepsiyasına dair fəlsəfi yanaşmalar, bu istiqamətdəki elmi nəticələr və irəli sürülən müxtəlif görüşlərin ortak cəhətləri tədqiq edilir. Bu çərçivədəki görüş və mübahisələrin müasir cəmiyyətimizin fərdi, içtimai və siyasi münasibətlər sferasındaki əhəmiyyəti fəlsəfi aspektdən müzakirə edilir. Bu mənada “Әdalət nədir?”; “Әdalətin qaynağı nədir?” “Həqiqi bir ədalətdən bəhs edə bilərikmi?”; “Әdalətlə bərabərlik (musavat) eyni mahiyyət kəsb edirmi?” vs. kimi suallara cavab axtarılır.
The article dealt with the philosophical approaches to the concept of justice in Islamic philosophy, the scientific results in this subject, and the common aspects of the various views put forward. In this context importance of the views and arguments related to the sphere of individual, social and political relations in the modern society are discussed in terms of philosophy. In this sense, the article search for an answer to some questions like "What is justice?"; "What is source of justice?" "Can we talk about a true justice?"; "Is justice equality (Musaviat) or do they include the same meaning?" and etc.
